By restructuring its workforce into specialized Global and Regional Hubs, ONErpm unifies over 200 marketing experts to turn local traction into worldwide success
ONErpm has undergone a strategic reorganization to unify its global marketing and promotion as music moves more fluidly across markets. Tapping seasoned professionals inside the company and making key hires, the artist and label services company will now better serve artists with more targeted and sophisticated worldwide efforts. The reorganization involves 200 marketing professionals worldwide.
Unifying Global Music Marketing with Specialized Hubs
Local teams will continue to manage artist relationships and in-market execution, but they are now further supported by specialized Global and Regional Hubs, led by ONErpm powerhouses Iasmine Amazonas (CMO; formerly Chief of Staff, Brazil) and Isaac Miranda (Global Marketing Director; formerly Director, Asia). These hubs will boost artists who are gaining traction locally and globally, by developing them in a more targeted and sophisticated way across territories.

The new global specialty hubs include:
– Paid Media (Will Sword; now Global Head Paid Media);
– DSPs (George D’Errico, now Global Head of Streaming Partnerships);
– International Marketing (Jenna LoMonaco, now SVP, International Marketing; formerly Director of Marketing US); and
– YouTube Marketing (new hire Jorge Amaya)
– Additionally, new hire and veteran label exec Caroline Abs will be responsible for several key hubs, as well as institutional marketing and PR, including Design (Tim Kin); Social Media (Camila Cesar); and Studios (Natalia Mercatti).
Bridging Local Traction and International Strategy
“We’ve proven our ability to disrupt local markets around the globe. Now, we’re taking aim at the legacy mindset that limits independent artists to regional success,” explains Miranda. “Our global and regional hubs democratize access to top-tier international marketing expertise, giving our partners the backing of central knowledge and best-in-class execution. It allows culture to flow globally from anywhere on earth, without losing the local engine that knows them best.”
Since its founding, ONErpm has been focused on global growth, empowering highly autonomous teams on the ground. The company has more than 600 staff members across 48 offices in 37 countries. In the last five years alone, it has opened 24 offices in 20 countries.
The work of these offices led to regional hits and local chart domination in countries such as Nigeria, Turkey, and the Philippines. The newly organized hub-based structure will build on this impressive growth and further enhance artist development in a highly coordinated way.
Recent global success stories include Ghana’s DopeNation, whose track “"Kakalika"” gained serious momentum as ONErpm invested in the track not only in Africa, but across Europe and Latin America, to turn viral energy into worldwide growth. Other examples include Brytiago’s “I'm Here For You” and Max Styler and Ali Love’s tech house banger “Freaky 1” a key release on Vintage Culture’s Affairs label, that ONErpm propelled to global success, expanding their fanbases and reaching new markets.

“The strength of ONErpm is that it operates globally,” notes ONErpm founder and CEO Emmanuel Zunz. ”We are organizing resources and people to take full advantage of this strength.”
