Step 1: Enable Ad Authorization

  1. Go to your profile and tap the three dots (top right)
  2. Tap “Creator Tools”
  3. Scroll to the bottom and toggle on Ad Authorization

Step 2: Authorize a Specific Video

  1. Choose the TikTok post you want to allow
  2. Tap the three dots, then select “Ad settings”
  3. Enable the Ad Authorization toggle
  4. Accept TikTok's Advertising Content Terms of Service
  5. Tap “Generate Code” and select the duration (7, 30, 60, or 365 days)
  6. Copy the code and send it to the advertiser

That's it—you've now allowed your post to become part of a branded campaign.
