We know sometimes a release doesn't always go as planned. Maybe you weren't happy with your previous distributor, and are looking to join the #onerpmfam.
Perhaps you uploaded a song through your ONErpm dashboard and later decided you'd like it removed from streaming platforms. Either way, here's the best way to issue takedowns and migrate your catalog.
How Do I Issue Takedowns for an Album or Single?
Want to take down a track that's already live? We understand—changes happen. If you've chosen to leave ONErpm and follow a different path, here's what to do:
-
Go to Tickets under the Support menu.
-
Submit a ticket with the album details and your reason for requesting the takedown.
-
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
If the album has not yet been distributed, simply click Delete Album in your control panel.
If the album has already been distributed, it cannot be deleted from your ONErpm account.
Even after a takedown, digital platforms may still send us sales and streaming data. That's why the album must remain in your ONErpm account. Keeping it ensures our system can correctly track activity and transfer payments to you without errors.
