Artists, labels, producers and the media gather to honour the spirit of unity that bounds the Caribbean music industry
ONErpm hosted “Thank You for the Music: A ONErpm Celebration” in Kingston, Jamaica, bringing together a vibrant cross-section of the island’s music industry for an evening of appreciation, connection, and celebration.
Originally slated for October, the event was postponed due to the devastating hurricane that impacted Jamaica and affected many clients, producers, artists, and communities. The rescheduled gathering served not only as a celebration, but also as a meaningful moment of reconnection for the music community.
Despite intermittent rainfall throughout the evening, the energy remained high as producers, artists, labels, and media came together to enjoy food, drinks, and each other’s company. The weather proved no match for the spirit of unity and fellowship that filled the space.
A team of stars building, growing and creating together
The event was hosted by Martin Price, SVP of Global Business Development (EMEA, US, UK, Asia), alongside Angel Lepine, Caribbean Business Manager. They were joined by members of the ONErpm team including Crawba Genius (A&R), Anthony Thomas (Operations), Jamar Cleary (Operations), Michael Allen, Malcolm Kadie and Walter Russel, all of whom contributed to the evening’s success.
ONErpm also extends special thanks to Romeich Entertainment for the exceptional event setup, which helped create an inviting and memorable atmosphere for all in attendance.
