During Women’s History Month, ONErpm is broadening how it supports women across the company. In previous years, this moment was marked through gifts, conversations, and external campaigns. This year, however, the company is taking a broader and more lasting approach. Through EmpowerHER, ONErpm is launching a yearlong initiative centered on knowledge, development, and empowerment.

Created by the People & Culture team, the program reflects a clear institutional commitment. Rather than focusing on a single date, EmpowerHER extends the conversation across the year. Its goal is to create practical opportunities for growth while strengthening a culture of inclusion, confidence, and professional development. Although the initiative focuses on women’s experiences, all team members are invited to participate.

A Long-Term Investment in Knowledge and Confidence

EmpowerHER is built on a simple belief: symbolic gestures matter, but knowledge creates deeper and longer-lasting impact. For that reason, the initiative focuses on themes that help women navigate professional life with greater autonomy and clarity. These topics include communication, confidence, negotiation, self-expression, and healthy boundaries.

ONErpm recognizes that every professional journey is different and offers learning opportunities that support both individual growth and collective progress inside the company.

The First Chapter

The opening phase of EmpowerHER includes a curated series of learning experiences designed to build practical skills and confidence. These activities include participation in an AI-focused training initiative led by industry experts, as well as an internal workshop centered on communication, storytelling, negotiation, assertiveness, and professional presence.

Together, these first sessions establish the tone of the program. They also reflect ONErpm’s commitment to equipping its teams with tools that are both professionally relevant and personally meaningful.

Representation Is Part of ONErpm’s Culture

Since its founding in 2010, ONErpm has grown into a company where women represent a meaningful share of both the workforce and leadership. This progress did not come from isolated hiring campaigns. Instead, it reflects a broader company culture that has valued contribution, capability, and leadership over time.

As of March 2026, women represent 48% of ONErpm’s global workforce and 43% of senior leadership positions. While these figures should be more common across industries, they still reflect important progress. They also reinforce the value of continued investment in opportunity, development, and long-term support.

Music Also Reflects the Message

The values behind EmpowerHER also connect to the music itself. ONErpm artist Sertab Erener recently released "Salt," a collaborative project created with eight female artists. Written and composed by Sezen Aksu and shaped through collective female creation, the song reflects solidarity, memory, care, and transformation.

In that sense, the release mirrors the purpose of the campaign. EmpowerHER is not only about marking a moment on the calendar. It is about creating space for women to grow, lead, and shape the future — inside the company and across the wider music industry.
